We are always happy to help and can offer a range of concierge services.

We are happy to arrange pick-up and transfer to the villa and transfer back to the Airport at the end of your holiday on your behalf. We can arrange car rentals to include a wide range of vehicles, often at a reduced rate compared to booking this outside of the island. Cars can be ready at the Villa in time for your arrival. Private drivers can also be arranged, either for the full term of your holiday or for one off bespoke tours of the island.

Lucy has an extensive knowledge of Barbados and is available to help organise activities – whether that is water sports, boat trips, recommendations for nights out and the best places to eat or anything else that will ensure you spend a relaxing and fulfilled time at Caira House.

We have a range of chefs available able to cook everything from local Caribbean cuisine to five star a la carte dining. We can book chefs on your behalf for a special meal or a regular arrangement for your stay.

Villa staff – Our housekeeper Cathy and gardener Andy work several days per week. We can arrange for daily visits at an additional charge.
